Refund policy

Returns

If you wish to return a product to us, please contact us at bodhiblendsdublin@gmail.com explaining why you wish to return the product. We can then advise you on the best way to complete your return.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any product which has been used. We do not accept returns on sale items. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 


Damages and issues

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at bodhiblendsdublin@gmail.com. If a product arrives broken or damaged, we will happily send a replacement provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery. Photographic proof of the damage/defect is required in this case.


Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund. This usually takes 3 to 5 business days to be credited back to your credit card or original payment method.
