2024 was the first year I entered awards - the competition always seemed too daunting for me. The entrants and finalists are brands that I admire a lot and many of them cast a much broader net than my lil business. I truly sent these testers off feeling glad to have taken part, but not expecting much. The judging process is very rigorous, involves a lot of professionals in the cosmetics industry and is lengthy! So it sure is nice to get this kind of recognition!
